From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by the entire staff. the historical building itself was stunning, with beautiful courtyards and a lovely rooftop pool offering great city views. My room was spacious and comfortable, with premium bedding and air conditioning for a restful stay. the central location made it easy to explore the historic center on foot, visiting museums and monuments nearby. Although I had to move rooms a couple of times due to air conditioning issues, the staff handled it with efficiency and professionalism. Overall, Hotel Morales offered a blend of charm, convenience, and relaxation, making it a great choice for travelers looking to immerse themselves in Guadalajara's rich history and culture. I would recommend this hotel to couples seeking a romantic retreat in a centrally located, historic setting.
